Hormonal health cannot be addressed with one universal list of foods. We review diagnoses, symptoms, blood tests, sleep, physical activity, your relationship with food and your goals to prioritise the changes that may genuinely help.

We work towards an adequate, varied diet that is compatible with medical advice. For PCOS, endometriosis or menopause, the plan is adapted to your response, avoiding quick promises, unnecessary supplements and restrictions that are difficult to maintain.

When medication, exercise or work schedules change, we also review the organisation of meals. We can develop suitable breakfasts, packed lunches, dinners and snacks to support an adequate intake. Nutrition advice complements medical care and is adjusted whenever new test results, diagnoses or recommendations from your healthcare team become available.
