I work with amateur and competitive athletes, with particular experience in tennis and racket sports. We adjust energy intake, hydration, meal timing, recovery and body-composition goals according to your training load.

How we prepare your sports strategy
Before suggesting changes, I review your sport, training volume, schedule, competitions, recovery and current diet. We also consider preferences and digestive tolerance during exercise.
Follow-up allows us to assess energy, recovery, performance and adherence. We adjust quantities, hydration and timing when your training load changes, without copying a standard diet or making daily life unnecessarily complicated.
We can also prepare specific alternatives for early or late training, travel and long competition days. Strategies are practised before an important match so that we can assess tolerance and ease of use. If your goal includes gaining muscle or reducing body fat, changes are introduced without compromising available energy, recovery quality or your ability to complete planned sessions.
